BREAK FREE FROM BFRB

The Dragonfly Journal is an undated lined journal that will accompany you on your journey to overcoming Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors.

Starting with a powerful gesture of setting an intention to break free from your specific BFRB (skin picking, hair pulling, nail biting etc.), it will then allow you the space to log your behavior and track progress on your terms and in your own time.

This journal allows you to record and work through your thoughts, stress, anxiety, urges, and other triggers as they arise. Let go of feeling like you're letting yourself down or "failing" because you had a couple of down days when you gave in to the behavior.

Use it as a companion to your therapy process, to track your progress or to draft your own customized goals list and action plan for life free of BFRB - manifesting that life starts with putting pen to paper!

about the author

Gaby Aziz is an Impact Entrepreneur, Certified Health Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, a Lifelong World Traveler and a Recovering Skin Picker AND Hair Puller.

She battled both dermatillomania and trichotillomania for over 2 decades. Today she enjoys LIFE OF FREEDOM FROM BFRB and she’s a living proof YOU can overcome it too.

Gaby believes that quitting Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors is a process. It starts with looking deep into your soul, recognizing the underlying wounds and holistically healing the (big OR little T) traumas that led to the behaviors in the first place.

She found journaling a very powerful and highly underrated tool in her own journey to breaking free from BFRBs and created The Dragonfly Journal to help others with dermatillomania, trichotillomania, onychophagia and other repetitive behaviors on their path to quitting and living life to the fullest potential.
