What You’ll Learn
MODULE 1 — Loving What Is (Days 1–6)
You’ll get crystal-clear on what BFRBs really are (a coping mechanism, not a flaw), trace your own origin story with compassion, release shame and guilt, meet the F-word (forgiveness), and gently begin rewriting the “picker/puller identity.” This module sets the emotional and psychological groundwork for freedom.
MODULE 2 — Set Yourself Up for Success (Days 7–12)
We clean house — literally and metaphorically. You’ll evaluate your life with the Wheel of Life tool, learn how food, sleep, environment, and community influence your BFRBs, and curate the foundations of a lifestyle that supports long-term healing. This is where your outer world begins matching your inner intentions.
MODULE 3 — Hardware: The Body Keeps the Score (Days 13–18)
Your body is your hardware — and it remembers everything. In this module you’ll learn somatic release practices, discover the importance of movement and breathwork, reconnect with nature, and practice tapping (EFT). You’ll train your nervous system to down-regulate impulses and build new embodied habits.
MODULE 4 — Software: Mindfulness & Self-Love (Days 19–25)
Now we upgrade your “internal operating system.” You’ll understand your brain on BFRBs, harness neuroplasticity, learn meditation, explore Internal Family Systems, unpack intergenerational patterns, and curate your mental diet. This is where the emotional and cognitive rewiring truly begins.
MODULE 5 — Know Thyself (Days 26–30)
This final module pulls it all together. You’ll connect with your intuition, discover your dharma (your soul’s purpose), explore personality frameworks, rediscover creativity as therapy, build your vision board, and take empowering next steps to continue your BFRB-free life.
